Hey Loves ! Since starting my healthy lifestyle and exploring more foods with micro nutrients, fats, fibre, vitamins and minerals. I thought id share about my journey so far .I was wondering for so long exactly 10 months after i gave birth to my 3rd child on why certain foods make me feel so sick . I looked into a intolerance test with my physician and i will share the results and experience for another blog post ! I do work out regularly and also eat more than i did before . Because i changed the way i eat, i feel more happy and just feel like i have a new body that i'm really in love with . Many have asked on my Instagram if i track macros . I do not , i feel like i would drive myself crazy if i did that . Maybe its the free range mothering in me which is why im more of a person who just goes with the flow . I became so obsessed with wanting to be that super fit mom with abs , and buying those fit/"healthy" bars are the grocery stores that are actually so bad for you for example "Cliff bars" , which are not healthy at all . I ended up making my own energy balls known as "bliss balls" . I buy a big bulk of ingredients for these that are actually cheaper than to buy a box of bars. Because they last so long and superfoods like cacao ( btw im OBSESSED with) are used in my smoothies and pancakes or really just anything i eat or drink . Realizing how important it was to listen to my body when working out , going my own speed and not over working myself helped me keep myself balanced . Because i love so many foods of all cultures , i couldn't stick to a specific diet . I could eat tacos and burgers everyday if i wanted to . I love carbs but i just learned to have it in moderation . Everyone has a different body and thrives off different foods so that is great , do what is best for you ! If you love food like i do , go ahead and try something new . Do not feel the need to starve yourself or eat more for the body you want . Maintaining a wide variety of foods and include alot of micronutrients to your diet is perfect you YOU . No need to feel overwhelmed about numbers .
